Hotel Xaloc Playa - Punta Prima (Menorca)

Wonderful beach access kept our spirits high.

Just perfect experience, the hotel is wonderful with perfect location excellent right by the beach. The service is terrific with free parking available and outstanding meals. And the pool is nice.

Consider trying the amazing meals from the snack bar at lunchtime. They were a good treat .

the location of the disabled room was not suitable as it was on an incline and the facilities in the room were inadequate.

Good location only 50 metres from the beach, the hotel is clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights mid October entertainment on 3rd night was a demonstration of flamenco dancing. The facilities are good and the staff are excellent

I was disappointed by the cleanliness standards of the grounds. They felt neglected. The garden area really needed attention, which cast a shadow on the overall experience. It seemed like the hotel focused more on maintenance indoors and overlooked the outdoor spaces that guests enjoyed.

I was definitly looking for a luxurious stay, but I encountered rock-hard mattresses and a very fusty odour that just wouldn't leave my room. Expecting some complimentary gesture for my troubling stay was clearly too much to ask. It's almost laughable, really. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, expecting the red-carpet treatment.

The breakfast spread was a good charm, with sweet and savory treats that kept my taste buds happy! The evening entertainment added a local flair. Plus, hearing the waves lull me to sleep? Pure magic!

The pool area was like a serene oasis, surrounded by shaded gardens perfect for a leisurely afternoon read. The beautifully landscaped spaces and comfortable seating made it easy for seniors to relax anytime.

The hotel has a lovely and clean vibe, especially around the pool area where I spent most of my time. I really enjoyed the spacious terrace connected to my room, perfect for lounging in the sun. The shower was really good. It feels like a spa experience every time I used it. Staff frequently cleaned the rooms and provided fresh towels daily, which I appreciated. The check-in process took a while, as it seemed there was a shortage of reception staff during low season. Dining at the hotel was good, but I found the breakfast a bit repetitive, lacking variety after a few days. The nearby beach access was fantastic, with several nice restaurants just a short walk away. I think investing in better outdoor maintenance would improve the overall first impression, as the garden area could use some tidying. And fridges in rooms would make a big difference wanting chilled drinks. My stay was enjoyable, but slight improvements would enhance the experience even more.

We loved the fantastic beach access, just a short stroll away, and our room had a lovely view of the pool! The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, catering well to everyone in the family, including my son. Awesome local spots nearby.

For dads, it would be great to have a fridge in the room.
